Budget

Riverbank HOA members pay $275 a year in annual Dues. These dues pay for clubhouse electricity, pest control, water, landscaping, maintenance, insurance, etc.

The proposed/approved annual budget for the current fiscal year is shown below and a PDF is available below. Quarterly Statements are also being published here as a pdf. We did have a Special Assessment of $550 in 2023. NO further Special Assessments are anticipated as of this time.
