In 2023 Riverbank HOA embarked on fixing and updating the Sport Court. It was in disrepair with cracks in the concrete and cosmetically needy. The project required a Special Assessment of Homeowners.

Much of the "fixing" of the cracks and other surface issues took place in the summer of 2023 but the entire project took longer than hoped because of weather concerns and the need for several hot days. The project finally got re-started in May and was completed in June of 2024.
