MARK YOU CALENDAR FOR THE ANNUAL MEETING May 19, 2026 at 7:00 PM in the HOA Clubhouse. Send nominations for Board Positions to theboard@myriverbank.org

We know that not everyone can attend the meeting, so we have provided a Proxy for you to fill out and return BEFORE the meeting.  You can scan a picture or scan it and return it via email to theboard@myriverbank.org  , leave it in the HOA mailbox or return it to one of the Board Members.  We need 17 people or proxies to conduct the meeting.  RSVP to this email if you plan to attend in person.

* New Budget 2026-27
* Present Board recommendation for trees damaging Private Road
* Vote for Tree Assessment
* Nominations for 2 open Board Positions &  Vote for Board Positions
* Open Forum - Homeowner feedback to assist the Board in updating the By-Laws and Declarations :
  Modernize, change number of BOD positions needed, allow for social membership (not deeded),   change architectural standards section, notification requirements (email, website), update   delinquency measures, update set-backs to meet county requirements, other?
* Community Activities for 2026-27 : New Social Committee, Clubhouse and Grounds Clean-up day
* Sign-up for Social Committee and Grounds Clean-up
* Adjourn Meeting
