It's time for the Quarterly Riverbank HOA Board of Directors Meeting
This is a Board meeting where the members are welcome. No membership votes will be taken at this meeting.  We always appreciate member attendance and reserve time at each meeting to hear from our members.

Open Forum for Homeowners – 5 minutes per member

  • (Items that the Board needs to be aware of or needs to address related to HOA clubhouse, courts, grounds and private road or other.)

Open Board Meeting Agenda

  • Review and approve minutes from the last Special Board Meeting 10.28.2025 – Sue Barton-Venner, Secretary

  • Financial Update – Chris Seigneur, Treasurer

  • Private Road Maintenance 2026 Assessment Planning (tree removal + crack repair?)

    • Review bids for tree removal – Chris Seigneur, Treasurer

    • Discuss crack repair and determine plan  – Chris Seigneur, Treasurer

    • Discuss the formation of a Private Road Committee with a charter to prepare a 15 year plan with financials that can be reviewed with the Board and Membership later in the 2026/27 HOA Fiscal year. – Liz Hammack, Chair

  • Status on other assets: New Business

    • Clubhouse repairs and insurance

    • Clubhouse septic tank and drain field location (new concern due to the location of the new well next door)

    • Clubhouse Grounds – maintenance contract renewal

    • Clubhouse Courts – Upcoming Summer Maintenance Plans, condition of the nets and basketball hoops

Private Board Session: (Closed)

  • On-going membership questions and requests from two (2) households in Riverbank No.3

 May 21, 2026 at 7:00 PM in the HOA Clubhouse


The HOA needs 3 Volunteers to step up and run for Board of Director positions at this meeting.   Liz, Sue, and Gordon's terms expire at this meeting.  Reach out to any current board Members if you are interested in volunteering or would like to learn more about being a Board Member.
