Riverbank HOA - Social Committee
The Riverbank HOA Social Committee was rekindled in June of 2024. Joanne Houseworth offered to Chair this Committee. Thus far we have one other member so, if you are interested in building our community connections through positive interactions please let either Joanne know or the Board of Directors. The homeowners in Riverbank HOA live in a peaceful, alluring and wonderfully unique community. The Social Community has as its mission, to build on the glory of our neighborhood by creating, sponsoring and organizing events and activities which help our Members and families meet and connect with one another through positive neighborly social connections.
Monthly Gatherings
The Social Committee attempts to sponsor one social gathering most months, (weather and holidays take precedence). Social gatherings include events such as Happy Hour. The Happy Hour is a evening social event at the clubhouse and is a “BYOB” gathering where water and snacks are provided. All people who reside within Riverbank HOA are welcome. Watch for notice in your email, postings on the roadway, on our web page (my riverbank.org) or from a flyer in your mailbox.
Annual HOA Picnic
Riverbank HOA traditionally has an picnic in or around the Clubhouse. The Social Committee coordinates this event but, may solicit help from other community members. The Board of Directors and Social Committee work together to schedule a date and time for this event.
Welcome Committee
Though new residents are not common, the Social Committee greets new residents and orients them to issues like the clubhouse, sport court, dues, web page, water district, Board of Directors and of course provide a copy of the By-law documents.
